Audra gracefully laboured through the night, with her husband Pascal, and doula Nicola by her side supporting her. Using yoga and the power of breath to guide her through her contractions, she really was amazing.
I’m so happy to be introducing baby Olivia Pearl, welcomed into the world at 07:22 this morning.
She’s perfect. 4125 grams (9lb 1oz) of immeasurable joy!
Above, she’s just a few moments old, and safe in her daddy’s arms.
