Welcome baby Bodhi – Juliana Kinderziekenhuis Den Haag

Sweet Bodhi was born at 30 weeks in the Westeinde Ziekenhuis in Den Haag, weighing only 1370g. He was transferred to the LUMC in Leiden before arriving back in Den Haag to the Juliana Ziekenhuis where his Earlybirds photoshoot took place. He was exactly 3 weeks old that day and growing well. Soft music played and it was wonderful to see his parents lovingly take care of him. He peacefully enjoyed his skin-to-skin cuddle session with his mama. The day was extra special too because he was able to move from the incubator to a cot bed.

Bodhi is doing well and is now off his breathing support. With some luck, he will be able to celebrate Christmas at home. I hope so!

Dear Marcella, Karitsoun and Bodhi,
It was very special to meet you and make these photos for you.
I wish you all the very best and hope you will be able to enjoy a wonderful Christmas together at home.
With much love, Natalie xx
