From 3 to 4; and halfway there already!

Oh my goodness! Let’s play catch up…

With the exception of Instagram (because I simply can’t stop taking and sharing photos! ha!), you may have noticed I’ve been a little quieter on social media in the last months.

Amongst wonderful photo sessions with clients, workshop preparation, promotional events, networking events, a branding update(!) and email that is like a never-ending hike up a mountain, i’ve also been chasing after a busy little one whilst suffering with the most insane kind of exhaustion – the kind of exhaustion that hits in the first trimester!

Yes, our little family is growing! Baby #2 is due to arrive in October!

We’ve reached the halfway point and it’s just crazy that we’re here already! Those exhausting early ~~days~~ weeks felt like they were lasting forever, and now the weeks are rolling into each other in a blink! Wow. So exciting! It’s so amazing to feel a baby wriggling and kicking from the inside again :-)

If you’re also pregnant and in The Hague, come and join me at the Mommy is Fit aqua-natal classes on Thursday mornings at the Carlton Beach Health Club in Scheveningen. It will be great to meet you there :-)
